Cinco ejes y un faro: Hogar, Emergencia climática, Rompiendo fronteras, Pueblos libres e Igualdad

- Techo pasa a Hogar, Tierra a Emergencia climática, Sin fronteras a
  Rompiendo fronteras y Paz a Pueblos libres («No a la guerra»), en las
  dos webs y los cinco idiomas.
- Igualdad deja de ser la franja de los feminismos y es una tarjeta más.
- Iconos nuevos pintados con spray: casa, planeta que gotea, valla
  abierta, cadena rota y signo igual (tools/ejes.py).
- El símbolo deja la farola por un faro con la luz amarilla: haz
  horizontal y ondas en círculo (tools/faro.py). Cambia en la cabecera,
  el favicon y el mapa. Fuera tools/farola.py y sus propuestas.
- Ideario y README al día.
