fix: raise upload limits — api 2 GiB, nginx 2g (was 100 MiB api / 20m-512m nginx)

Browse source 
Cloudflare free caps at 100 MB on the proxied route regardless; larger
files need the domain set to DNS-only or a chunked upload path.
