feat: video uploads up to 20 GiB via the chunked path
The dropzone rejected >2 GiB client-side while the chunked ingest allows 100 GiB server-side. Note: chunked reassembly + seal holds ~2x the file in api RAM, so the practical ceiling on the current box is ~8-10 GiB — the multipart-direct build removes that ceiling.
