movil: barra de abajo marca la seccion abierta; llamada de voz sin video vacio

Browse source 
- la pestaña actual de la barra de abajo lleva la pastilla de color
- en una llamada solo de voz no se ensena el video propio (era un recuadro
  gris con el icono de play) y Llamar se atenua mientras dura
- la barra de confirmar borrado con su marco rojo
